I have a John F. Childress, son of David B. Childress and Mary Spellar, married to Lydia Louise BOYKIN aft 1900 in Monroe Co./Rutherford Co., TN. They are buried in West View Cemetery, Sweetwater, Monroe Co., TN. There were also some Childress in Chattanooga and Madison Co., TN associated with the Boykin line. I hope this helps. Phil Di Matteo
