John, several Bolings married into my families, as well as one Barfield. I don't know much about the Barfield family, but I have looked pretty closely at the Bolings and I know at least one subscriber to the list who is a Boling/Bolin descendant. Debra, Thanks for your response. I am interested in the Bolings who married into the Medlock line. My apologies on Barfield. It should have stated Barwick. I had a Elbert Medlock marry a T. C.
