Collier township, in southern Greene County, was created from part of St. Francis township. Collier township does not exist in the 1910 U.S. census, but does exist in the 1920 U.S. census. Can anyone give me a more precise year in the period 1910-1920 when Collier township was created? If not, is there a township government for Collier to which I could write for the answer? -Steve
