WB was s/o John David Carter b1853 of Carlisle Co KY, Carlisle County being due northeast of Paragould near Cairo. WB was born about 1880 in KY and we have no other record of him except for his coming up from Paragould to witness his father's death in March 1923. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who might be descended from WB.
