I would guess that Clark Cemetery is closest to the Cotton Belt Community, as I remember it. Cotton Belt was northeast of Paragould near the old Cotton Belt Railroad line. Looking at the cemetery index at http://www.rootsweb.com/~argreene/cemp.htm I see four or five PRINCEs buried at Clark Cemetery, one named "J.E." who might be the person you seek. Good luck!
