I don't know whether this will help or not but anyone who is having problems accessing pages on the web site should probably check to make sure you have the newest version of your browser. The newest browser for Netscape is Netscape Communicator 4.7. The newest browser for Internet Explorer is version 5.5 (I believe that is right), although 5.0 seems to work fine also.
