Hi: Sorry to take so long getting back with you. I went through the 1920 census and in the Price did not find the names that were on your e mail listed. I did find that in the book there are several mistakes in name spelling mostly of the last name. Sorry I couldn't help you more. Tina, Every time I try to load the Greene Co., page, it goes through enter then it goes back to roots web, and says the requested url is not found. Have I missed something, is there a new address or what? I have even reloaded to see if that helps. HELP!!!!!!! Hi The ones that are having trouble make sure when you go to check the site to refresh the window (after it is fully loaded) so it will have the new link since I just uploaded . Most computers use the stored cache file that are saved to the system so it would be the old page before I worked on it. Please let me know ok? Could someone tell me is there any certain thing that makes Macintosh freeze up? When they enter our site.I have went in and redid the first page that was what we were working on when everyone started having trouble. The only thing we had trouble posting that day was the background and I have uploaded a new one . Not that I know of on our site we don't use cookies but I know Rootsweb does . I have them in my files where I have visted the Rootsweb homepages. Hi No , I have Windows 98 I have ran my Website scans and it shows everything is fine . I have been trying to find the promblem all morning. I'll figure something out , see if you can click on my link below my surnames and enter. I wonder if your computer is using a old cache. One lady emailed me and told me she deleted her old cookies and when she went back to the site she could enter it, her system had received new cookies. Our internet service has been updating and going to a faster system all week . I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it.Their still not through if that is the promblem I hope they don't cause more I have emailed them to see if it would effect the site and they have not answered as of yet. To those (like me) who are having a problem accessing the Greene County GenWeb pages -- are you using a Macintosh computer? I use a Macintosh. And I remember a few months ago that the Vitalrec.com pages could not be entered by Macintosh computer (the computer would freeze, and would have to be rebooted), while Windows-based computers did not have that problem. Several of us Mac users compared notes on a genealogy mailing list before we figured out it was a Mac-related problem. They have since repaired the problem. -Steve
