    3. Hi The Soldier and Sailor records start around 1916 and 1917 that I have found up to the current time . There are 6 Volumes . There are 500 pages in each book but not all the pages are filled . So it will take me a while it takes about 15 to 20 min. to post one document depending how busy the server is .There is no Index until I transcribe one. So it is a slow process but I think well worth it. There is a lot of information recorded on these documents . I hope they help. tina -----Original Message----- From: Dave/Carolyn Majors <cdmajors@cybernet1.com> To: ARGREENE-L@rootsweb.com <ARGREENE-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Saturday, September 30, 2000 8:59 PM Subject: Re: [ARGREENE] Soldier and Sailors >Tina, > >What time frame does the "Soldier and Sailors" volume encompass? > >thanks, > >dave >----- Original Message ----- >From: Tina Easley <tina@grnco.net> >To: <ARGREENE-L@rootsweb.com> >Sent: Saturday, September 30, 2000 7:47 PM >Subject: [ARGREENE] Soldier and Sailors > > >> Hi Everyone, >> I have the full Index up on Volume 1 Soldiers and Sailors . 2. Does anyone on the list recognize the following three names? Mrs. Virginia Boothe, Mrs. Gertrude Farmer and Mrs. Marie Hamm all of Paragould, Ark. These three Women were sisters of Francis Greeg FARMER and were living in Paragould around Nov 1969. Francis "Frank" FARMER I believe worked for MoPac RR and lived in Dupo, IL until his death. I would like to contact any relative of his. His step daughter was Lucia Elizabeth BYERS a first cousin. Lucia was born in July 1915 in Paragould and was the daughter of Ellis B. BYERS and Florence Storck. Lucia was severely handicapped. She lived at home, never married. She was placed in a nursing home sometime in the 1960s. I am trying to find when and where she died. I would appreciate any help. Phil Di Matteo
