Here is what I was able to find for you in the Fulton Co., Ark., cemetery book: All buried in the Watkins Cemetery Benj. F. Watkins born Dec. 1917 died Mar 1920 (no James listed but found a J.C. ??your guy) J. C. Watkins born 12-17-1878 died 4-5-1931 (no Relean, but there is a Jerline listed) Jerline Newton Watkins born 1840 died 1897 no Lucy Watkins listed, I checked the Fulton Co. marriage book and there was no listing for her.
