Dale, I was going by my knowledge of PA research, I guess. Here, records of testate OR intestate deaths are kept. Sometimes only receipts, etc. Perhaps things are not handled the same in AR??? Well, I was going by my knowledge of Texas records! :-) My experience with Arkansas (limited as it is in that area) has so far proven to be the same.
