Hi Peg, Yes, you are correct about the order of the birthplaces. Nellie M was born in Iowa, and parents only listed as U.S., which does not help. We find census records seem to be incorrect sometimes, and it is always good to find more than one census record. In the 1930 Census, one of the questions was age at 1st marriage. If we could find a 1920 census, perhaps we would find how many marriages and any children. The McGraw could easily have been read McCraw, so we really need more documentation. Does her death cert. use the name McGraw? You might find an obit in the Blythville paper or Manila paper. Their on-line papers do not archive more than a short period, but if you sent them an e-mail, they might search previous issues.
