Sorry, Paula. There is no James H. Watkins in the Howell County book that I have. All the Watkinses seem to be in Union Hill, Evergreen and Fowler cemeteries. The index lists only initials, no given names, and here are those initials: A.M., B.M., F.A., L.J., M., R.J., S.C., S.E. Happy hunting.
