Gene, I received a copy of the article of the West Plains Weekly Quill dated April 19, 1934 in which Dr Hunt's death is related. It's copy by Sheila Leisinger, a gdaughter of the Cameron family where Larkin W. Hunt spent his last days. She joined a scanned photo but the resolution was too low so that the text is not readable. But she was kind enough to provide a transcription. It reads: "... Burial will be in Moody Cemetery under the direction of Thornburgh Undertaking Company of West Plains ..." If it is no inconvenience for you, would you mind taking pictures of the other members of the Hunt family. Many thanks again. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Louise and Sara No pictures yet. Drove to Moody cemetery and checked every stone. Some are very hard to read. Some are unreadable as in most cemeteries. I might take a soft bristle brass brush and work on several stones but will need permission from the people in charge of the cemetery to do that. West Plains is a good little drive from Moody and it was hot, so we will go shoot the other Hunt graves as soon as it cools off a little bit. In the mean time we will keep working on Larkins location in the moody cemetery. Gene __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Gene, I'm sure you'll be careful cleaning a gravemarker but it won't hurt to re-real one of the several helpful hints webpages about the process such as the one on "How to Clean Gravemarker" at: http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Academy/2670/CEMETERY-002.htm Good Luck, Travis ===================================== ----- Original Message ----- From: "Genrit" <genrit@yahoo.com> Subject: Re: [ARFULTON] Larkin Westley Hunt. > Louise and Sara > No pictures yet.
