On April 17, 10:00 there will a Gathering of the Cousins in Tuckerman City Park with Bar-B-Que and lots of visinting. This includes all people who can connect in any way back to Old Ephriam and his brother William H. Sharp. For whom the county was named. Each of you are welcome and encouraged to attend. You can find out more details by contacing me at Tootied@cox.net. We will discuss the interconnections of the different families associated with the SHARP line. A Civil War memorial will be set for Pinkney Shipley who married Margaret Amanda Sharp, daughter of Old Ephriam. We will try to organize ourselves into a association. One of the goals will be to try to save some of the Historical sites of our ancestors. This will include all the cousins on my website almost 300 strong. There will be cousins from other SHARP lines that connect back to our William and Mary Sharp in the early 1700s.
