After John died she went on to marry my 4g uncle James Leroy Armstrong. I would like to know more about your McCord family. Are they connected to David F. McCord who married Elizabeth Ritchie in 1855 in Marshall County Tennessee? Elizabeth was Martha Jane's cousin. "Susan C. Roberts was the d/o William Asbury Roberts (b.1852) and Hannah Johnson (b. 1852)." William Asbury Roberts was the younger brother of Henry Lewis Roberts who married my 4g aunt Martha Susan Armstrong.
