Jim and Judy, Hi cuz. I stay out of touch lately (job hunting). So all responses from me are less than timely. Monroe Oates Montgomery: wasn't he the one also called "Uncle Double Thumb" for obvious reasons. Mom's gone to KY will ask her about him and Virginia next week. My FTM's are down indefinately due to my "Sweetie" tinkering again. Will get back when I have something. Love, Marsha
Hi Marsha, Don't know if Jim got back with you, I haven't been on here much lately. But yes, Monroe was the one they called Double Thumbs. Jim has been checking out the Message Boards for Montgomery. There was one from a Dero Ramsey who lists the children from Hugh, and James is not mentioned. If you have ever heard of or corresponded with Mel Stephens, you know he is skeptical about Hugh being James' father. He thinks it might be possible that they were brothers instead. I wish we could find out for sure. All for now, Judie Marshab50@aol.com wrote: >Jim and Judy, > Hi cuz. I stay out of touch lately (job hunting).
