Frances is Frances Eva Stubblefield Sexton who must have devorced her first husband James Harvey Sexton and remarried John Jenkins. 3. Lena, In answer to your question: "Stephen is listed as PVT CSA. Does anyone know what that means" PVT = private CSA = Confederate States Army There are a lot of Civil War sites on the internet and one of my favorites is: http://www.couchgenweb.com/civilwar/ Hope this helps. Alta

    3. After looking at my notes I am confused. In the 1910 and 1920 census Frances E is listed with a John S Jenkins but she is burried in Hutson Cemetery with Stephen Jenkins. Is this the same man? Alta on the web site you sent me they list a John S Jenkins and a Stephen Jenkins. Help. Can any one make sense of this?
