    2. Pat Hammons
    3. Hi, I am new to this list and to Akansas research. I submitted similiar information to the Izard Co list and found that some of this family could also have connections with Fulton County AR. I am looking for the parents of Earnest G. Robbins born Feb 2 1888. He married Maude Pearson b. 1891. I don't have marriage date, but would be ca 1910 or before. Earnest died 1964. Maude died 1973 in Fulton County AR. I don't know too much about either of these families, as I am just starting this thanks Pat

    2. pabst
    3. Morn-in Jim Just to let you know we have not forgot you on the ged com of James Montgomery. What we are doing before we send it to you is to dig out all the back up info we can for the info we have in it that is not the same as what you have. One we are chasing now is the birth date of Mary ( M.) Mair Turner birth date. I am going to list what we have for you or any one that would care to give us feed back. We have the same date as you but in checking back in our records found the different info that we had gotten over the years. Jim do you know who would have put the stone on their grave. This may help us. Right now we are moving towards changing our records to the 1858 date. On hold for now. Where did your your dates come from?. Til Later Jim and Judy ( Shuck ) Montgomery JIM M. The 1910 Arkansas census has Mary M.'s dad born in Georgia and her mother born in Alabama. Her age as 53, married for 34 years. Mary M. is found in a book called Cemeteries of Fulton County, Arkansas, Humphries Cemetery by The Extension Homemakers Council dated 1999 Montgomery, Mary M June 17, 1858 -October 20, 1925 Grave 38N17 Shared stone with W Montgomery Jim and Judy has in their tree at this time as Mary M. born June 17, 1860 in Arkansas, died October 20, 1925. We were real bad back a few years ago when we first started hitting the cemeteries, family, freinds, census, and court houses as to keeping records as to where we got our info. At this time it looks like it may have been from the 1860 census records that reads June 1860. Age 39 as of her last birthday and info we had got years ago from Paul Dean Lynch. In a group sheet sent to us January 22, 1998 by Barbara Davenport Great - Great - Grand Daughter of Mary Turner has her born June 17, 1858 Died Octobert 20, 1925 Jim and Judy ( Shuck ) Montgomery has a picture " taken by them in the late 1990's " of a double stone in the Humphries / Montgomery Cemetery, Fulton County, Arkansas that has Montgomery, William B. Aug. 6, 1854 - Apr. 24, 1925 and Mary M. June 17,1858 - Oct. 20,1925 We have a copy of a tree that was sent to us by Mel and Elaine Stephens. That reads William B. Montgomery was born June 17 , 1854 in Arkansas died May 08 1904. Married Mary M. . She was born June 17, 1854 in Arkansas and died October 20, 1925 In the tree sent to us by Mel and Elaine Stephens they have in there notes 1880 census Arkansas, Fulton County, Pleasant Ridge Township, 2 June 1880, Dwl. #6 Montgomery W. 2. Paddi
    3. Are there any Burch, Mooney, or Montgomery researchers on this list that can tell me more info about Mae (Mooney) Burch (I have her listed in my database as Alma Mae Mooney). She was born July 23, 1916 in Heart, AR and married Eccless "X" Burch. I think she is my husband's aunt, who's grandfather was Arch Burch. I believe her husband "X" and Dale's (my husband) grandfather (Arch) are brothers. I can't seem to find out much on this family. Mae was the daughter of James and Emma (Montgomery) Mooney and she died last week. West Plains Daily Quill Monday, January 19, 2004 Mae Burch Services Held Private graveside services for Mae Burch, 87, Salem, Arkansas, were 10 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 2004, at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem. Mrs. Burch died Tuesday, January 13, 2004, at White River Medical Center, Batsville, Arkansas. She was born July 23, 1916, in Heart, Arkansas, the daughtr of James and Emma Montgomery Mooney. She was married in 1930 at Heart to Eccless "X" Burch, and to this union three children were born. Mrs. Burch was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her daughter, Juanita Moore and husband, Lloyd, Peoria, IL; her sons, Loyd Burch, Salem, and Eugene Burch and wife, Maria, Mesa AZ; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, who died in 1974; one grandson, Jerry Burch; and four brothers and sisters. 2. Rogers, AR City Population: 34,575 Benton County Population: 121,706 Located in middle of the Northwest Arkansas Metroplex, which consists of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and the surrounding area (total population 263,938). Rogers, The Gateway to Beaver Lake, is part of the booming Northwest Arkansas Metroplex area of Benton and Washington counties. Benton County was first organized in 1836, soon after the area was first opened to white settlers, but Roger's history is strictly tethered to the entrance of the Frisco Railroad, whose first train arrived in Rogers on May 10, 1881 (considered the town's anniversary). The townspeople were so grateful for the railroad that they named the town after Frisco Vice President and General Manager C.W. Rogers. Today, Rogers enjoys a 6% annual growth rate, according to the Rogers Area Chamber of Commerce and is the 10th largest city in Arkansas. T. F. Langley Arkansas *TLangAdams@aol.com*

    2. This George could not be the husband of Annie Lawyer Gibson, he was born in 1844, and married George W. Gibson in 1908. Is it possible there could be an error in the date on the marker? This happened to a gggrandma buried in Fulton Co.! If Missouri died in 1906, he could have married Annie Lawyer in 1908! Still a mystery! Vola

We have got about foot and a half of that lake effect snow in the last 24 hours with word that we will be getting 2 more foot with in the next 24 hrs with no let up for the rest of the week.
