    3. Jay, The Manes must have stones of some kind as we have dates for them. Manes, Annie b 1860 d 1961 10N2 Manes, David b 1853 d 1931 10N1 The are buried next to each other. I don't know if they have a shared stone or individual stones. The index number on the right indicates that they are buried in Camp Cemetery (10) in row N (13th) and they are the first and second graves in that row. Starting point is the NORTHWEST corner of the cemetery counting left to right. I live about 40 miles from the Camp Cemetery and would gladly shoot a pict of graves but I don't get over there very often. If you could give me time i'll do it. Maybe someone closer could go look and send information as to what kind of stones are there. How about it? Anybody close to Camp Cemetery? 1. Re: [ARFULTON] Digital Camera
    2. Genrit
    3. Hi Jim, Are you any kin to the Montgomery people in Big Creek Township, Fulton County? I have two digital cameras. One is a 2.1 megapixel and the other is a 4.3 megapixel. Neither one is suitable for what you want to do. I am not aware of any digital cameras that will do what you want. What you really want is a microfilm copy camera. It has an easel to place papers on, Lights on bars to give you even lighting and a foot pedal for film advance. Even if you had this camera the logistics are just about impossible. Once you have an image how are you going to transfer it to digital? Shooting with a digital camera with high resolution in jpeg format would require far to much space and take a long time to upload-download. The best way might be with a scanner using OCR but you are still talking about weeks and weeks of work to do this. I have thought of this lots of times but haven't come up with an answer. The census, marriage license data, land grants are already available on hardcopy and some on CD. The next problem is access to these records. It is hard to get a 10 minute peek at most of them. Anybody have any ideas. We would all love to have these records available to us. Gene Simpson genrit@yahoo.com P.S. What if we all pooled our resources of available data books and CD's of Fulton County and made that available? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Sign up for SBC Yahoo!
