Their daughter Mary Elizabeth Ford, born on Christmas Day 1867 in Phillips County, was my grt-grt-grandmother. At the time of her birth, Nathaniel and Pamelia were living 'next door' to Margaret Jane (Littlefield) and Jacob Kiser. Oral legend has it that Pamelia died in childbirth with her second daughter Sarah F. Ford (Aunt Fanny). It is said that Jacob Kiser died in a farming accident and that Nathaniel and Margaret Jane (Littlefield Kiser) married and returned to Franklin County. They had two daughters of their own, Nora who died about age 12 and Vianor who married Bayles Wilbourn. I would be interested in anything you might know about my grt-grt-grt-grandmother Pamelia, Nathaniel's first wife.
