Hi List, Does anybody know where I would be most likely to find an obituary on my great great uncle, Richard Franklin HOOPER? What newspaper was in publication at the time? He died 19 July 1900 in Franklin County, Arkansas and is buried at Highland Cemetery in Ozark. I'm assuming that there was some published mention of his passing since he was rather prominent in the County having been a school teacher, superintendent of schools, and having served two terms as a State Representative (1886-1888 and 1892-1894).
