Hi list, How much money should I send for the copy of marriage license in Franklin County Courthouse? I would like to get a copy of marriage license. George J. Clark, age 49, married to Mary Lee Head, age 17, on April 24, 1889. Does anybody goes to the courthouse? I am anxious to see what it would say on the marriage license. Would a kind soul look to see what it said?? Will there be a witnesses on the marriage license? How about consent of parents since Mary is 17 years old? The Mary L. Head I have is born abt. 1871 in Tennessee. Parents are Thaddeus/Theodore S. Head and Mary F. King Head. Any information on how much I should send money will be much appreciated. Thank.
