I don't know who my grandmother's mother was. She once told my mother that her mother died when she was 9 months old. John later married some woman in Scott county Arkansas. I don't have her name handy at the time. I do have it somewhere in my records. Lucinda had a brother named William "Bill". He was born in 1870. He later change his last name to Gibson. Louisa Music later married a man by the name of Gibson. She had five children by him. So he may of taken his last name from his grandmother.

Yes my grandmother Lucinda Jane Music was from around Madison and Franklin counties. Her father was John R Music. His parents were William amd Louisa Music.
