Mike or anyone else, Do you have any information on the family of: CARROLL, B. 43, Mary E. 38, John W. 18, Richard B. 13, Andrew F. 11, Labon J. 9, Benajah H. 7, Charles A. 5, Francis W. 3, Margaret E. 15, John B. 14, Ann J. 12, Edwin O. 6 NC/NC dwg 91 Marian Township in the 1850 Census of Drew Co.? I am particularly interested in what the "H" in Benajah H. Carroll's name stood for, and the maiden name of Mary E. CARROLL. This family was living next door to two of our Haisty(Hasty in the census) guys and their mother. It is possible that we have an ancestor named Benjamin Haisty (Benajah) and that this Mary E. was a Haisty by birth and that Benajah's middle initial was for Haisty. It also appears that there were two sets of children in this family as evidenced by the listing of ages. All leads appreciated!!!
