Tenn. 1841. found in Calhoun Co, Ark 1860 census, list children as: John 14, William 12, Nancy 12 (all born Tenn.), Margaret 10, Martha 6, James 5, Samuel 3, Tabitha 1/12,(all born Ark), and Nancy Sellers 54 (born NC). relationship between Nancy Seller and the Slaughters not given. Next Generation found in Bradley Co.: Samuel M. Slaughter m. Julia A.F. Robertson 1882 (she was born 1862, died 1888. Children: Jesse Francis Slaughter , b. 1886 Infant, died at abt 3mo of age. (date of birth not known) Samuel then married Ella McNabb in 1891. Their Children: Nora L. b.1895, Annie B. b. 1898, Lola Viola, b. 1901. Info on other children born to this union unknown. Does anyone connect to this family? Did Ella McNabb Slaughter remarry in Drew Co. possibly to a Puitte/ Pruitt ?spelling) and what happened to Nora & Annie?
