Hello, all, Whew, the Southern-Trails-L list has been fast and furious the last 2 days. Somebody started a thread on Southern names and nicknames, and it's been really fun to see the lists of interesting names people have in their families. I thought I would take the opportunity to inquire about the nickname "Sook" that some of you have in your lines. So far, the only response I have gotten is from a woman who says that in her family, "Sooky" was a nickname for Susan. Hope this helps!
