WARRANTY DEED With Relinquishment of Dower. Know all Men by these Presents: That we, W. F. Morris Son and only heir at Law of B. F. Morris deceased and M. A. Morris wife widow of said B. F. Morris deceased for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars, to us in hand paid by H. B. Lindsey the receipt whereof is hereby acknowleged Do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said H. B. Lindsey and unto his heirs and assigns forever, the following lands lying in the county of Ashley and State of Arkansas, to wit: The E œ of NE Œ: the NE Œ of SE Œ and 13 1/3 acres off of the East Side of the NW Œ of SE Œ and 13 1/3 acres off of the SW Œ of NE Œ and 13 1/3 acres off of the NW Œ of the NE Œ all of said fractional pieces being off of the East side of said forty in which they are described to be, and all of said land being in Section 36 in Township West and containing in all according to the public surveys 160 acres more or less. To have and to hold the same unto the said H. B. Lindsey and unto his heirs and assigns forever, and all appurtenances thereto belonging, and we hereby covenant with the said H. B. Lindsey his heirs and assigns that we will forever warrant and defend the title to said lands against all lawful claims whatever; And I, said M. A. Morris wife of B. F. Morris deceased for and in consideration of the said sum of money do hereby release and relinquish unto the said H. B. Lindsey all my right and dower in and to the said lands Witness our hands and seals on the 23 day of December 1889 W. F. Morris M. A. Morris ACKNOWLEDGMENT STATE OF ARKANSAS County of Drew BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this day came before the undersigned, a notary public within and for the county aforesaid, duly commissioned and acting W. F. Morris and M. A. Morris, to me well known as grantors in the foregoing deed, and stated that he had executed the same for the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth. And on the same day also voluntarily appeared before the said M. A. Morris wife of the said B. F. Morris as aforesaid to me well known, and in the absences of her said husband declared that she had, of her own free will, signed and sealed the relinquishment of dower in the foregoing deed for the consideration, uses and purposes therein contained and set forth, without compulsion and undue influence of her said husband.
