I rec. on my gg-aunt Annie Blansett.One of the things I wanted to know is who Mrs. F.O. House was because she gave the info for the d.c. and I was fairly certain she wasn't related.Her name was Alma C. House,wife of Fred O.House.They are both buried at Enon Cemetery.Since my gg-uncle and aunt were in the area sharecropping,I was just wondering if they worked for the Houses.If anyone can tell me if Mr/Mrs House farmed in the mid-1930's in or around the Monticello/Cominto area ,I would appreciate it. That is the other thing.I was told that Monticello is in the township of Marion. On the d.c.,it says County-Drew;Township-Cominto; and Inc.Town or City-Monticello.I was told that Cominto is a community about halfway between Monticello and Dermott on Hwy 35.Was Cominto a mistake on the part of whoever filled out the d.c. or is there another explanation? I greatly appreciate the efforts of Hettie and Mary. It is wonderful to find someone you don't know willing to help you out.If anyone needs to know anything from the Union Co./ Huttig area,please let me know and I'll see if I can help someone else out.
