February 16, 1913 Wilmar, Feb. 15 - Guy Irvin, son of C. G. Irvin of Wilmar, was badly injured here today when his arm was caught in the conveyor chain of a piece of machinery at the Gates Lumber Company. His arm was severed near the shoulder. March 9, 1913, Collins, Mar. 8 - Henry C. Bullock, 42 years old, a well-known citizen of this place, died Thursday afternoon at the Tuberculosis Sanatorium at Booneville. Does anyone know how to obtain records from this TB Sanitorium? My grandfather died there in 1919, and I really would like to see the information he gave on his records, since we can't find his birthplace. He moved to Arkansas in 1902. Thanks.
