We will have our Jan. meeting of the Drew County Historical Society on Monday Jan 8th at 7;00P.M. at Methodist church. The program will be on the history of the Eastern Star in Drew Co. Shelia Lampkin will be the speaker. Connie P.S. Harvey Thomasson home burnt to the ground Tuesday. I just thought of all the information on the Thomasson family of Drew County that was lost in that fire. Harvey is a wealth of information on Drew County and had many old pictures and ect. all lost in the fire. Please remember to store your information in a safe place We would be glad to have a copy at the Drew County Archives. if you would want to send it to us. hope this is not to much off the subject.
