Tim: I am not the List Administrator as mentioned below. At one time I applied for Desha County but never heard a thing from it. At about the time I asked, the Desha List was opened. I assumed that someone had asked for it. I think the same person with the ARCHICOT List is one in the same as they seemed to have been created at the same time.
