Jo-Ann: I don't have any information for you but I went to school with a Roy Ebb Scoggins in Watson. He was a year behind me in school and since I graduated in three years, he would have graduated, or been due for graduation, in 1954. I graduated in 1952. I don't even know if the family is still around there.
