I'm still here and still looking for information on Hiram Abif Jones, Herring family and Crick families. All of these died in Drew Co,, but some of them probably lived in Desha Co. at some time. C.L. Jones John Austin Jones (my father) once lived at Halley. I have a singer sewing machine that went through the 1927 flood while they lived there.
