Melissee WAGNER was born on 10 Jul 1852 in Ohio. She died on 19 Jan 1944 in Chester, Crawford Co., Arkansas. She was buried on 24 Jan 1944 in Crawford Co., Arkansas; McGinnis Cemetery.
