I am pleased to have my first post on the Crawford County, AR list. I just received a bundle of information about my ORME family from a great researcher named Piedad at the Fort Smith Library. John Walter ORME married Texas ECHOLS, 9 Feb 1879. Texas unfortunately, passes in August of 1880. John Walter then marries Arizona ECHOLS, 5 July 1882. John Walter ORME passes in 1929, Arizona passes in 1927. Arizona ECHOLS was the daughter of Joseph ECHOLS (Atlanta, GA) and Virginia NORTON (Athens, GA).
