Chandra: Don't know where you got your info but you obviously haven't looked very closely at "History..." ....the listings ARE NOT in burial order...!!! I've done extensive research with this book and know that for a fact. There are a couple of indexes available by private individuals for "History..." but nothing on the open market. Tricia Angel
