This year I resolve to find the parents of Caleb Platt MOTT and Thresa (BRADEN) MOTT. Caleb was born in New York. He appears on the 1830 Crawford County, Arkansas, census and on tax records in Crawford County from 1828 to 1836. Caleb died (or disappeared) sometime before 1850. Thresa was born about 1802 in Kentucky. She appears on Crawford and Sebastian County censuses until 1870. Caleb and Thresa had three children of which I am aware: Russel A. MOTT, Mary E. (MOTT) FELCH, and Phoebe Caroline (MOTT) (YOUNG) (PICKERING) DUTCHER. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Of course, I will be pleased to share data. Happy New Year!
