Hi Nancy, Dick FINE is Hal Foster "Dick" FINE (1913-2000), who was the son of Zach FINE (1881-1946) and Bessie HANCOCK (1887-1920). Zach's parents were James Caroll FINE (1856-1939) and Sarah Elizabeth VAN HOOSE (1855-1925). James Caroll was the son of Jonathan FINE (1814-1875) and Rachel MANKINS (1819-1897).
