When I was a girl my grandparents rented from the Boatwrights on Georgia Ridge. There was a small family cemetery across the road. I remember in the spring she and I would go over and clean the graves. It had a cow fence around it. There were a few nice headstones but I was younger and don't know the family names. what is the name if any, of this cemetery and who were the families buried in this place. It was at the end of a large peach orchard.
O.K. The cemetery you remember is about 1/2 mile south of the intersection of Georgia Ridge Road and Mt. Grove Road, on Mt. Grove Road. It is on the west side of Mountain Grove Read bout 300 feet from it. It is fenced. It was called the Hill family cemetery and has only a few graves in it. I know great grandmother and daddy Hill are buried in it. Also there is a child who burned to death in in too. Those dates should be in the 1920-30 times I think.
