Lewisburg, Arkansas was south of Morrilton on the Arkansas River. I don't think it was a fort but a post. My ggrandfather was stationed there and I have his discharge which reads Discharged from the service of the United States this 13th day of June 1865 at Lewisburg, Arkansas it dosen't say fort or post. He was with Company M 3rd regiment of Arkansas Cavalry (union).
