Looking for descendants of Nancy Carolyn Stroud b. 8/31/1873 Conway County, AR d.1913-1920? Nancy was the daughter of John Hicks Stroud and Nancy Jane Cunningham. She first married John Cagle Vaughan 9/9/1889. They had the following 4 children: 1. Willie Vaughan b. 1892 AR 2. Guy McKinley Vaughan b. 1893 TX d. 1980 Conway Co., AR 3. Earl Hicks Vaughan b. 1896 AR d. 1963 Dover, Pope Co., AR 4. Johnnie Dell Vaughan b. 1897 AR d. 1925 OK John Cagle Vaughan was murdered abt. 1899 in Conway Co., AR, and she remarried Robert Ramsey, a neighbor after 1900. Nancy and Robert had at least 3 children, possibly more: 1. Andrew J. (Jack?) Ramsey b. abt. 1902 Conway Co., AR 2. Ernie L. Ramsey b. 1/10/1904 Conway Co., ARd. 1894 in Ada, OK . She married William Duel Chism in 1921 3. Ben Ramsey b.5/24/1910 d. 1986 OK He married Cloe. Both Ernie and Ben had children and grandchildren living in AR, OK, and Texas.
