In the history book of Conway Co AR, there is a W.W. Pierce mentioned among the early settlers of Old Hickory. James Pierce is mentioned as signing a charter for the Missionary Baptist Church in 1874. Can anyone identify these men? I am looking for a Pierce line that moved from GA>AL>AR. Does anyone know where the list of early settlers came from? Tax rolls? Finally, does anyone know if the author of the Old Hickory Chapter, Thomas Woodrow "Woody" Williams Jr., is on line (or his snail mail address)? Thanks for any help!
