No, thats not her, but she was born about 1825 in Wilcox or Marengo County Alabama. Her husband died in Caddo Parish, La. in 1869 and in 1870 they are on the Caddo census. In the book Biographical memoirs of Southwesy Ark. there is an article on her brother John Wilkerson and it says his sister Dicey is in Bossier Parish. That was in 1890.
