I was infected as a teenager by my grandfather who handed me the handwritten notes on the family tree from his father and grandfather. I am looking for Moorheads in AR. My great grandparents, Charles Wesley Moorhead and Nancy Alice Plunkett were married in AR in 1893 (I have a copy of the marriage license). Her family was originally from SC via GA and AR. I suspect she still had some family there and have not had much trouble finding Plunketts on the Census. Moorhead escapes me. I find Charles Wesley for the first time in 1900 in Hunt Co., TX with his wife and 3 of their children and 2 nephews and a niece ( Albert and John H. and Dara or Dona -hard to read). Albert Davis was born in AR in 4/1886 and John H. was born in MS 10/1888. Dona or Dara was born 10/1884 in AR. They are Charles' niece and Nephews so I guess he had sister married to a Davis. Help? Oh Nancy was his second wife. I only know the name of one son by the first wife and do not have her name. He was Charles Wesley Jr. I know of one daughter by him, Pearl and Nancy and Charles raised her with my grandfather and his siblings. Thanks Dawn
