Parker. I had assumed that he and wife Harriet Ann Parnell were buried in Shady Grove Cemetery near New Edinburg. However, I can't find either name in the cemetery listing. There is a listing for a Elder W. H. Parker but the date of birth is Nov 18, 1867 and my William H. Parker was born in September 1851, according to census data. And there is nothing on the listing for either Harriet Parnell or Harriet Parker. Perhaps they are buried in unmarked graves. // I had noticed your John H. Parker and James W. Parker. Given the latter's pob, I thought he and my William H. might be related. But I haven't be able to make the connection either. Will follow-up on the 1850 census per your suggestion and will forward anything interesting I find. // Would be delighted to exchange information with John Hamilton Parker's grandaughter. Does she have email? If not, if you would email me her address, I will write to her. I stayed in the home of her grandfather when I was about 10 when my mother went to see her "Uncle Johnnie." Or if she would rather write to me, my address is Richard L. Bush, One Bayview Ave., #2, Los Gatos, CA. // Since you live in the Parnell Springs Community, do you know which cemetery is called the Parnell Cemetery. I can't find one under that name but that is where Harriet Ann Parnell's mother Sarah is buried. I am also trying to find out when Harriet Ann's father, Benjamin M. Parnelll, died. // Look forward to hearing from you again. Thanks! Richard
