Hello Wilkie and Shirly: This is Linda Gray Trujillo. My first husband, is Carroll Childers from the Greeveille Childers line. I had one daughter by him. I don't have a lot on the Childers. What I do have is from the Easterling book at Clayton Library. He is decended from Greenville and Elizabeth's child George Smith Childers who married Lucinda Easterling. Their fourth child was Ralph Meece Childers married to Mildred Cornet. Their first child was Carroll but was given up for adoption to his brother Carroll Jackson Childers and wife Ruby.
