Good afternoon, Cleveland County!! Arkansas Gazette: Feb. 8, 1922, Kingsland, Feb. 7 - Mrs. Zellie Moseley of this place, widow of the late Sam Moseley of New Edinburg, died yesterday. Two daughters, Alice, 14, and Lucy, 9, and one son, Jesse, 11, survive her. June 17, 1922, Little Rock - L.S. Reaves, aged 58, member of a prominent family of Rison, Ark., died at 9 o'clock last night at a local hospital. Mr. Reaves is survived by his wife, two sons, and two daughters. The body is being held by Cook-Drummond-Overman Company waiting the arrival of a member of the family today. Sept. 3, 1922, Rison, Sept 2 - The Cleveland County Teacher's Association will be convened Monday at the courthouse here for a five day session. County Superintendent, R.C. Carmical will be in charge. Miss Minor Renfrow, teacher in the Little Rock High school will have charge of the primary work. Nov. 12, 1922, Rison, Nov. 11 - K.F. Tucker, aged 65, seven miles east of Rison, died Wednesday. He is survived by his wife and seven children. Mar. 28, 1923, Rison, Mar. 23 - Funeral services for B.F. Quinn, aged 83, who died Mar. 23, were held Sunday afternoon at the Methodist church, conducted by H.H. McGuyre, pastor of the local Methodist church, assisted by the Rev. A.N. Stanfield of the Baptist Church. Burial was in the Rison cemetery. Mr. Quinn had lived in Rison since 1882. He is survived by his wife; four daughters, Mrs. W.D. Adams, Mrs. W.B. Smith, Mrs. W.H. Powers of Rison, Mrs. Will Walker of Dallas, Tex; three sons, Ewing Quinn of Pine Bluff, Davis and Bob Quinn of Rison. May 26, 1923, Pine Bluff, May 25 - Gus Gresham, aged 62, well known local resident, died here last night. Mr. Gresham had lived here for about 46 years. He was a native of Richmond, Va., and came to Pine Bluff when about 16 years old. He is survived by his wife and daughter, Mrs. J.R. Austin, and two granddaughters, Voy Gresham and Miss Kate Teague Gresham of Rison. July 22, 1923, Rison, July 21 - Mrs. C.S. Foster, aged 53, died at her home in Toledo, Wednesday. She is survived by her husband and one son, Henry Foster, of Pine Bluff. Jauly 22, 1923, Rison, July 21 - B.W. Williams received a message from Trout, La., announcing the death of his nephew, Carl Williams, age 23, formerly a Clevland county boy.
