CLARK and his wife Margaret. McConnel CURRY and his wife Lucinda. Both families came from York County, SC, about 1853 and settled in the Rye Community. (Margaret was the daughter of McConnel Curry). Hiram C. BALLENTINE and his wife Hester. Samuel Luther TATE and his wife Thomas Ellen. Both families came from MS, TN, and White Co., AR, about 1881 and settled near the Orlando Community. (Hester and Thomas Ellen were sisters). Phillip Sherrod YOUNG and his wife Sarah A.(Sallie)came from Union Co., MS about 1870 and settled near the Rye Community. Any information about these families would be greatly appreciated.
