Belinda Winston and Jann Woodard Ok, I talked to my Father-in-law, according to him the Froug Ranch was located about 1/4 mile south of present day Hwy 35 and west of Big Creek, about 3 miles south of the Macedonia community. It was also known the Grover Turner Farm or the Turner Slaughterhouse. Also that Rose Hill Community took its' name from the Rose Ranch located just east of the old Rose Hill School and north of Hwy 114. I don't know if these "communities" are of interest to you or are what you are looking for?
