Stroope, b. 1845, Clark Co., AR, 1st married Julia Measeles, January 10, 1872 in AR. Her parents were Elijah and Bathsheba Measeles. They owned land in Cleveland County, AR in 1860's (probably where Julia was born). During this marriage there were two children born, a girl in 1872, a boy in 1874. By 1880 Albert and Julia and children are living in Colin County, TX near McKinney. By February 1881, Albert has divorced Julia and married my great grandmother in Clark County, AR.
